The new resource centre is now open at /resource-library/. Partners can upload documents directly from the partner area, without asking us to publish them.

    A few things worth knowing:

    • Each resource has a type (guide, case study, classroom kit, research) and an access level: public, stakeholders only or partners only.
    • Every download is counted, so we can report real use of the materials instead of the number of files produced.
    • If you upload a document as partner-only, it will not appear to schools or to the general public, but the title still appears in your own listing.

Please upload your autumn materials before 20 November; after that date we freeze the library for the report.

Uploaded the visitor survey template and the consent form we use at the planetarium. Both are marked as partner-only because they contain internal codes. Let me know if the counters look right on your side.

Quick question: if I upload the same guide in English and in Portuguese, does that count as two resources or as one with two files? I do not want to inflate the figures.

Two resources, one per language, because each one has its own audience and its own download count. In the report we group them by type, so the total is not distorted: we show “documents” and “distinct documents” separately.
