A quick note for everyone who has written in the last few days.

The calendar does not have a “private” checkbox. Visibility is decided by the category of the event: events in Network events are public; events in Consortium meetings only appear to partners and stakeholders; the two internal categories are for partners only and for stakeholders only.

So if one of your events does not show up where you expect, the first thing to check is the category, not the date. Open the event, look at the right-hand column, and confirm it has exactly one of the four categories.

If it still does not appear after saving, tell us the event name and we will look at it.

That was it, thank you. Our November session had no category at all, which is why it was invisible everywhere. It is now in the partner category and it appears in the private calendar as expected.

As a registered user I only see the public calendar in the header. Is that intended? I do not want to miss announcements just because I am not a partner.

Intended, yes: the header calendar is the public one and it shows everything in Network events, including the general announcements. The private calendars are for partners and stakeholders respectively because they carry internal working sessions and draft agendas.
