Consortium meeting in Lisbon: agenda and travel

The next consortium meeting is in Lisbon. Provisional agenda for the two days:

• Day one, morning: state of the work packages, with ten minutes per partner and no slides beyond three.
• Day one, afternoon: the platform demonstration, including the private calendars and the resource centre.
• Day two, morning: reporting, budget execution and the next period’s deliverables.
• Day two, afternoon: steering committee, partners only.

Travel: the venue is twenty minutes from the airport. Please book early; there is a large event in the city that week and hotel prices are already moving. Tell us by Friday whether you attend in person or online, because the room has a fixed capacity.

Two of us in person, one online for the first morning only. Also, could the platform demonstration include the stakeholder view? It is the part our board keeps asking about.

In person. I will bring the data from the autumn activities so we can compare participation between territories in the same format.

Noted for both. The demonstration will show the three views in sequence: visitor, stakeholder and partner, with the same event seen from each one. It is the clearest way to explain why visibility is decided by category.
