Partners, operators and stakeholders,

The network-wide Stargazing Night takes place on Saturday 14 November. It is the first activity of the season where every territory appears under the same brand and the same hashtag, so we would like as many of you as possible on board.

What we provide:
- A short welcome script in English and Spanish, ready to read aloud.
- A printable activity sheet for families.
- The official hashtag and two social media templates.
What we ask from you: publish your activity on the network calendar before 7 November, so it appears in the public listing and in the newsletter. If the weather turns, tell us by 12:00 on the day and we will move your entry to the backup date.

Reply below with your location and expected number of visitors so we can put together the participation report.

Count us in. We will run the activity at the reservoir viewpoint, which gives us a clear southern horizon and room for about forty people. Two volunteers will handle the telescope and the red torches; we still need the printed sheets in Spanish, please.

The council can lend the sports hall next to the car park as a warm-up room, which makes a real difference with children in November. Just let us know at what time you need the keys.

We will cover the backup date with a short online session so that nobody is left without an activity if it rains. I will share the link in this thread a few days before.
